Object Storage Attachments
Get a download URL for an attachment
Returns a presigned download_url and the attachment metadata. GET the download_url to download the file.

Record key of the record the attachments belong to.
file_id*string
Identifier of the attachment.

expiration?integer
Lifetime of the download URL in seconds (30–32,400).
